It was based in nice building in a perfect and good location, in the City center.

Climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV in our a double room were useful during stay. The staff were both affable and amicable.

Stayed here for celebrations, no complaints whatsoever. It offered us unbeatable location right by the airport in 10 minutes and restaurants and the City center. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel...

I really appreciated the elegant décor and comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel. It made me feel like I was in a grand and luxurious space. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with wide hallways and easy-to-navigate elevators. It made getting around a breeze!

I would have liked the children working there to be a bit more attentive to providing assistance to senior guests.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Puerto Princesa. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We loved the free filtered water stations on each level and the free airport transfer was a great convenience. Although the rooms were not soundproof, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

Such great stay, as always. The hotel with spotless rooms, in a local area, in the middle of jackson. The helpful staff working throughout the venue. Excellent customer service. Not to mention very good wifi!

The staff was accommodating and helpful, organizing day trips and working around our constraints. The water fountain in the lobby was convenient for refilling water bottles and reducing plastic waste. The breakfast was enjoyable, although we didn't have much time to fully enjoy it every day. The rooms were modern, clean, and cozy, with amazing bathrooms. The location was good, with restaurants and the bay walk within walking distance.

Had a blast trying to guess what the mysterious smell in the bathroom was! enjoyed the thrilling scavenger hunt for cutlery and plates! So much fun!

The walls were just too plain, couldn't even enjoy some fancy paintings while sipping my coffee. Such a disappointment!
